Hector Perez was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. Since childhood he has been interested and captivated by photography. He has being influenced by National Geographic and various photographers including James Nachtwey, Gregory Crewdson, Helen Levitt, Guy Bourdin, Edward Weston, Laureen Greenfield,  and Robert Farber.

Hector has traveled around the world, viewing and experiencing different cultures, from which he has learned to appreciate the beauty of the places, things and people that surround us.  With the camera he shares not only his vision, but also the one of the persons and scenes he photographs. 

He is interested in commercial, editorial, lifestyle and travel photography.
